seriously im dead beat, super super tired after the swim in the morning
overslept and didnt go for tkd training
if its last time..no matter how late i am or how tired i am, i would still chiong down to school for training
god~ how can i find back that motivation
its just 3 months more to POL-ITE competition and im in it for sparring
if i don have that motivation and sense of urgency, how am i going to win
this is really bad man..i dislike myself from giving up halfway
nothing wins earning money, shopping, sleeping, friends and boyfriend now

haiss...so difficult to solve this problem
anyway had pizza hut with meijun after our swim, felt so bloated and i just have my dinner..making it even worse. My stomach is gonna burse, shit shit shit how to lose weight sia like that. Tmr must have light meal already !
the add-ons we ordered riblets and meimei and i was eating like so miserably cause its not nice at all
dunno how that huisheeshee can finish up the 4 riblets everytime.
hmm...I still prefer drumlets
next time i wanna order pizza already, the new pizza seems nice lo
hahas but as always, everytime when im determined to order pizza i will get a pasta for myself. Stupid right.
spare me please cause my life happens to be like that, INDECISIVE, but i like it cause someone will always be there to help me make choices :D
i love the people around me who makes me laugh and entertain me, for now i can say im fortunate and i wont be myself without them. Dependent on them has become a habit though.

Hella shit...my voice is kinda aint mine now, it seems soooo 'sexy' that i cant accept it
know what, today i was supposed to go kbox with shi and xinxin and when i woke up, seeing such beautiful sky and nice weather, i spoke and was shocked that my voice became so weird.
sucks larh sucks larh
im such a spoiler.
and i went for jog today..my stamina dropped to the bottom !!
i ran 10 rounds only, usually i would be able to complete 20 rounds please. so disappointed.
This really shows that i haven been training for quite a long time yeah
heheh tmr gonna go swimming with my lovable pipi meijun
hope i wont swim until out of breath or pant like a dog after one lap.

Too much of sleep today
woke up at 1 plus, cant sleep now :(
im actually still 精神饱满 nehh.
so yupp i shall move on to my show again.

Yes !! finally done with my 3 days of bloody anniversary courts sales at somerset.
phew~ !! damn tired and my leg is in great pain, actually i think they have gone numb, its like no feeling already.
quite satisfied with my sales though its not like one day sell 5 or 6 cause to be a profession it takes time right, in addition i did learn a lot from the staffs there..next time will i be as pro as them.?? Anticipated. hehes

Oh yarh i always keep prompting myself to blog often but ever since i came back from genting 2 weeks before i hesitated for quite a while because i got too many photos to share and im too lazy to edit and upload it here
guess i'll just give it a jump and update my activities that is gonna happen later, maybe from tmr onwards?

Guess wad? Whampoa competition today aaaaand it's gold again !!!
just 1 hour a day of practice for 2 days ....hmm we really are pro huh.? hahas
im so proud of myself and my team, just have the confident that we will definitely get a gold. hehes ok not to be so proud.
Whampoa is actually the best chance to win medal because thats the 'non-strictest' competition as compared to pol-ite or TOC.
so i really aim for a gold and not silver or bronze
everytime i get a medal, im motivated for another competition because that shows i really have the potential to win so yeah i shouldnt look down on myself that i will lose
but from now on its not gonna be pattern competition anymore, next one will be sparring competition which means i will have to fight. I wanna join but im scared~~
bbbbbut~ continuing upgrading myself is a must, so i guess even if the next competition i cant spar, i still have to be prepared for the following one. Its just a matter of time, definitely !

First of all, HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY !!
missed most(not all) of my sec sch teacher so so much
time flies...its just another year and i actually went to check my last year teachers' day photos. HAHAS !! omg i still had that bangs lor

very few people went back to swiss this year which is kinda sad
teachers' day is like class gathering day for us too
and teacher like MR JEFFREY YOONG and MDM TAN PUI SAN have diminished the minute after the concert, we cant find them at all !
